You should be the only one who gets excited when your package arrives. 

We want you to be able to buy with confidence, that’s why discretion and your privacy are important to us. We make sure all orders are despatched in boring plain packaging. There will be no indication on the outside of your package as to what the contents are or where your purchase has come from.  

Depending on what you order, your items will be despatched in one of three ways, DHL heavy-duty plastic envelopes, padded plain envelopes or for larger items standard yellow DHL boxes.

A DHL delivery label is then applied to your package, with the contents desription set as "novelties". We are required to detail a return address on your package. This is shown as our distribution partners at Speedy Returns, Marginal Ltd, Arch 6 Voltaire Road, London SW4 6DH.

What are my Delivery Options and How Much will it Cost?

All orders are despatched by our distribution partners in plain packaging with tracked delivery to your door. Always make sure if buying from outside the UK that the laws in your country do not prohibit the purchasing of the items on this site. We accept no responsibility for non delivery if you do not follow this advice.

We have a range of flexible delivery options to help you get the things you want when you want them. We work hard to get your order to you safely, securely and at the best price possible. If selecting DHL as your preferred courier there are weight restrictions applicable to your order. For the UK the maximum weight is 5kg. For all other destinations the maximum weight is restricted to 2kg. Should your order exceed this maximum, we reserve the right to increase the cost of shipping. In these circumstances we will contact you directly to confirm the cost of shipping or offer you the option of ammending your order.

UK Mainland Delivery Options (including Northern Ireland & Scottish Highlands)

We use Royal Mail Signed For 2nd Class as our standard delivery option. Orders placed before 2pm are usually delivered within 2-3 working days including Saturdays. For piece of mind, all orders with a value over £175 are shipped by DHL as standard for next working day delivery.

Same Day 3 Hour Delivery - 7 Days a Week

London Same Day 3 Hour Courier Service

Fetch are leading the way with their London Same Day 3 Hour Courier option. The service is available daily to most London postcodes within the M25 radius between the hours of 11am and 5pm (for delivery by 8pm). We are excited to be able to offer this option through our relationship with them.

This option becomes available when you select London as your home city when inputting your delivery address. The system will then automatically check your address and postcode are a match before confirming your delivery is eligible for the service. All Same Day Delivery orders are despatched between 11am – 5pm for delivery within 3 hours.

 

THE THREE HOUR TIME WINDOW BEGINS FROM THE POINT AT WHICH YOUR BANK TRANSFER PAYMENT ARRIVES IN OUR ACCOUNT. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR BANK OFFERS FASTER PAYMENTS WHEN SELECTING THIS SERVICE AS OTHER TRANSACTIONS CAN TAKE UP TO 3 WORKING DAYS TO ARRIVE IN OUR ACCOUNT. NO PARCEL CAN BE DESPATCHED PRIOR TO PAYMENT BEING RECEIVED.

 

When selecting this service, you confirm that you will be available to accept and sign for your delivery at any time during the three-hour window that follows the successful placement of your order.

Please make sure you have provided us with a phone number that you can be contacted on during this time. If for any reason our courier is unable to deliver your order it will be returned to us and the cost of the return deducted from any applicable refund. There is a standard return charge of £50 for any returned parcel, in addition to the cost of the courier having to return the parcel.

 

The price for this service is variable based on the distance to your delivery address from FETCH Clapham. The quote for your delivery can also vary dependant on the time of day you place your order.

We are only able to book courier pick ups from 11am through until 5pm (for delivery by 8pm). Orders placed outside of these times can only be delivered during these operating hours. If selecting this service between 00:01am and 10:59am the estimated earliest arrival time starts from 11am when we begin booking couriers.

Once your parcel has been picked up by our courier you will receive live tracking of your parcel on its way to your location. If there is an issue with finding your location, the courier will need to be able to call you. Please provide a valid phone number to avoid non delivery.

Same Day Delivery orders are despatched between 11am – 6pm for delivery within 3 hours irrespective of the time at which the order is placed. Service not available for deliveries placed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Day & Easter Sunday.The three hour service is a guide and this timescale is not guaranteed. The service can be affected due to unavoidable delays including adverse wetaher conditions, traffic problems and other incidients beyond the control of our couriers.
