Use of this site constitutes your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions, which take effect on the date of which you first use the site. The Owner of this website is Arch Trading LTD T/A Speedy Poppers a company registered in England and Wales, whose registered office address is Arch 6 Voltaire Road, London SW4 6DH. Registered Company Number 12536222. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Arch Trading LTD T/A Speedy Poppers.

The information contained within this page, together with those detailed in our Security, Privacy and Cookie Policy, Delivery Policy and Returns and Refund Policy advises you of the legal terms and conditions on which we sell any of the products that are listed on this site and available for you to purchase.

These terms apply to any contract formed between us for the sale of products to you. You should read these terms carefully, making sure that you understand them, before ordering any products from our site. Please note that before you place an order you will be asked to agree to these terms. Should you refuse to accept these terms, we will not be able to accept your order and you will not be able to order any products from our site.

Age of Consent

When placing an order on our site, you a declaring that you are of the appropriate legal age to purchase the items you have selected. Should we discover that you are not legally permitted to order certain items we will not be obliged to complete your order.

Cancellation

To cancel a contract in accordance with your legal right to do so, you simply need to advise us that you have decided to cancel. For further information please see our Returns and Refund Policy. Orders are automatically cancelled if payment is not received within 24 hours from the time at which the order was placed.

Contract Formation

Orders that you place through our site are subject to acceptance and availability. We may choose at any time not to accept your order for any reason. For the avoidance of doubt, no contract will officially exist between you and Arch Trading LTD T/A Speedy Poppers until your parcel has been despatched.

Currency

The currency conversion tool on the Speedy Poppers website is only for comparison. All transactions are completed in GBP and as such the price shown in GBP is the price that you will be charged. For international transactions this price may be affected by current exchange rates and your card issuers terms in respect of international transactions.

Arch Trading Ltd T/A Speedy Poppers is compliant with the Data Protection Act. Your personal information will only ever be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We never share your details with any third party without your prior consent.

We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable. You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you.

In addition, Arch Trading Ltd T/A Speedy Poppers makes no (and disclaims all) representations or warranties of any kind, express of implied, with respect to the Speedy Poppers website or the information or content included in this site.

This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to the goods and their fitness for purpose and satisfactory quality.

Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Payment Options

Payment for goods is via Secure Bank Transfer only. As soon as your transfer appears in our account, we will get your order boxed ready to ship.

Please be aware that we are unable to accept payment through Mastercard, Visa, Amex or PayPal as these service providers do not permit the sale of poppers through their channels.

Delay isn’t something you want when it comes to getting your hands on your poppers, so help us avoid this by remembering to include your invoice number when you complete your bank transfer. We won’t be able to ship your order if you haven’t included the invoice number as your reference when completing your payment.

Orders are automatically cancelled if payment is not received within 48 hours from the time at which the order was placed.

Pricing, Errors and Omissions

Prices of products are correct at the time of entering information however prices are subject to change without notice. Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

Product Descriptions

Certain products may be available exclusively online through the website. These products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. Use of Speedy Poppers

In connection with the use of the Speedy Poppers website (including any orders of products), in no event will Arch Trading Ltd T/A Speedy Poppers be liable:

for losses that were not foreseeable to both parties when the contract was made
for losses that were not caused by any breach on the part of the supplier
for business losses and/or losses to non-consumers

We do not in any way exclude or limit our liability for:

Multi Buys, Product Offers and Discounts - Terms & Conditions

Where items are offered as part of a Multi Buy (i.e. 3 for 2, Buy 1 get 1 Half Price) the lowest priced item, is the item to which any discount will apply. Unless specified sale items are not eligible for any further discount and are excluded from multi buy promotions. Items on promotion or marked as sale or clearnance are excluded from any further discounting. The shipping price is excluded from any spend and get offers.

Your Comments, Feedback or Other Submissions

If, at our request, you send certain specific submissions (for example contest entries) or without a request from us you send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, whether online, by email, by postal mail, or otherwise (collectively, 'comments'), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us.
